EUDR changes the rules for importers
Under Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, every lot of coffee, cocoa, timber, rubber, soy, palm oil or cattle entering the EU needs plot geolocation and a due diligence dossier.
Mandatory geolocation
Plots over 4 ha require a GeoJSON polygon with 6 decimals. Smaller plots allow point or polygon.
Documented due diligence
Operator, product, country, coordinates, deforestation-free and legality-of-production statements.
Submission to TRACES
The dossier goes to the EU EUDR Information System. We make it ready; you submit it.
Evidence for 5 years
Keep compliance documentation for at least five years, available for audit.
