Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 on deforestation-free products, amended by Reg. (EU) 2025/2650.
Applies from 30 Dec 2026 for large and medium enterprises; 30 Jun 2027 for micro and small enterprises and natural-person operators.
Geolocate production plots, collect product and chain data, assess risk and submit the due diligence statement to the EU Information System (TRACES).
Deforestation reference: 31 Dec 2020. The product must be deforestation-free after that date.
Builds the dossier, runs automated deforestation screening (decision support) and produces a TRACES-ready pack. It does not submit the dossier on behalf of the operator nor guarantee legal conformity.
